This apartment comes with two (2) parking spaces and a storage unit in the underground garage.  Utilities (gas, electric and cable) are not included in the rental lease agreement.  

Entrance to the apartment begins with a foyer that requires fob access for entry.  Guests may call from the intercom system to enter.  The ADA-accessible entrance leads to elevators for the building.
