It is conveniently located within walking distance of the DMV, the park, shopping and restaurants. There is one bedroom and full bath on the main level, as well as two bedrooms and a full bath on the upper level. There are two staircases; one that only goes to the upper level, and the main one that goes both upstairs and down to the lowest level, where there is another family room, the kitchen, laundry and a 1/2 bath. The lower level has plenty of windows, slate floors, another fireplace, and 2 ground level, walk-out doors. There are two other brick fireplaces in the home; one in the main level living room, and one in the main level bedroom. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, but understand, that although the home sits on 2 + acres, it is not fenced. Please refer to the Town of Warrenton for information on leash laws.
